Microsoft Academic Service Partner
Your Microsoft IT Academy membership provides your academic institution with world-class curriculum to help students learn the latest Microsoft technologies and earn Microsoft Certifications. It offers rich online learning for students anytime, anywhere, and links academic learning to real-world job skills by helping students graduate with the IT skills they need to start a great career.
To help IT Academy members take full advantage of IT Academy Program benefits, Microsoft has established the Microsoft Academy Service Partner (MASP) Program. MASP Program members are part of the Microsoft Partner Network. They are Microsoft Authorized Education Resellers (AERs) who have demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft IT Academy Program and are prepared to help IT Academy members better understand and use their member benefits.
Microsoft Academy Service Partners can help you "unpack" and utilize your IT Academy benefits by answering questions such as the following:
- Which curriculum best fits my classroom or syllabus?
- What is the best way to use the E-Learning that came with my IT Academy membership?
- How can I train my IT staff on a particular technology?
- Can I become a testing center on Microsoft Certification exams?
- How can I let current and potential students know I am a Microsoft IT Academy Program member?
Microsoft has launched the MASP program (Microsoft Academic Service Partner) to support the MS IT academies in providing their students with the 21st century technology skills necessary to acquire certification and be competitive in today’s rapidly evolving workplace. As well as providing their educators and staff with professional development opportunities.
This program is being implemented around the world and in Lebanon the LAITP (Lebanese Association for IT Professionals) was appointed by Microsoft as MASP to manage the MS IT academy program.
